CoyPo is a Chrome extension developed by RevAI that helps sales representatives handle objections during sales calls on Google Meet by suggesting, in real time, the next best phrase the salesperson can say.
What Data CoyPo Collects
- Anthropic API Key: The API key you enter in the extension’s popup is saved exclusively within your browser’s local storage (
chrome.storage.local). RevAI does not have access to this key, does not receive it, and does not store it on any external server. - Call Context: The fields you fill out in the sidebar (your role, industry, business size, and the competitor involved in the conversation) are stored locally in your browser and are used solely to generate the sales suggestion for that specific call.
How This Data Is Used
When the conversation contains a phrase that triggers a coaching suggestion, CoyPo sends the relevant text snippet along with the call context directly from your browser to the Anthropic API (api.anthropic.com) to generate the suggestion. This request is made using your own API key. RevAI does not operate any intermediate server that receives, processes, or stores this data.
What CoyPo Does NOT Do
- No Selling or Transferring: We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties, except for the direct call to the Anthropic API required for the extension to function.
- No Advertising: We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
- No Credit Scoring: We do not use your data to evaluate creditworthiness or for any lending-related purposes.
- No Audio/Video Recording (Current Build): In this specific build, CoyPo does not capture audio or video from your calls. The included demonstration uses a sample transcript, not real-time audio.
Data Retention and Deletion
All of the data mentioned above resides strictly within your browser’s local storage. You can delete this data at any time by uninstalling the extension or clearing the extension’s data via chrome://extensions.
Changes to This Policy
If the scope of CoyPo changes in future (for example by incorporating actual real-time audio capture from calls), this policy will be updated to reflect exactly what data is collected and how it is processed before that feature becomes available.
